Shigeru OBAYASHI, Professor

He received Doctor of Engineering from University of Tokyo in 1987. He worked as a visiting scientist at NASA Ames Research Center from 1987, then joined the faculty of engineering at Tohoku University as an associate professor in 1994. He moved to IFS in 2000. He promoted to a professor in 2003.
He serves as a director of Transdisciplinary Fluid Integration Research Center since 2008.
